Previously, I did my Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Temple University under the supervision of Dr. Chetan A. Patil in the Optical Diagnostic Research Lab (ODRL). At Temple,my research involved developing systems, methods, and algorithms for transcutaneous optical diagnostic devices (Pulse Oximeter, Bilirubinometer). Moreover, I was involved with optical properties characterization of tissues and materials to inform computational simulation, and developing fiber optics probe to diagnose musculoskeletal tissues.
My Research Interest Includes-
Biomedical Device Design and Simulation
Wearable Sensors
Image Processing
Monte-Carlo Simulations
Hyperspectral Imaging
